Is ajwain water good for weight loss

Truly speaking most of us who are not physically too active has some level of fat gathering tenacity.

Especially people like me who are mostly in front of their PC or laptops.

Even if we do (or try to do) some kind of exercise, the bulge at our tummies can’t be hidden.

And I believe that removing this specific bulge by just doing some light or common exercises is quite difficult. (considering we are not in hectic reps. and sets of gyms)

How to prepare ajwain water for weight loss

Here I will discuss how I prepared and tried this to get ajwain water benefits myself.

a) What I need first is just a packet of Ajwain (a good brand for better quality) that I buy from the market. This is the same spice used in my household kitchen.

b ) Before going to sleep at night, I mix 15 to 25 grams of this spice in a glass of drinking water and then cover the glass.

c ) The next morning, I strain out the water and separate the seeds. I drink that strained water 5 minutes before breakfast.

d ) I have been following this for 2 weeks now.

e) My weight has reduced a bit, but more importantly, I am moving faster and easier, without that heaviness I was feeling before starting this.

I will continue with this for sure as I target to reduce a little more weight.

f) And one more important thing, I have started to walk more taking time out from my schedule. I believe this will help me to get back my fitness faster.

Ajwain benefits in weight loss

This spice is said to have one of the most crucial health benefits because it keeps our stomach strong.

Nothing disturbs our daily schedule and normal activities more than an upset stomach. The active enzymes in it release gastric juices which in turn are reported to boost our digestive functions.

As per an informative report, if we eat this spice then it helps us in improving our bowel movement, cleaning our body of all the harmful toxins.

This helps our metabolism. A good metabolism, in turn, enables our body to burn fat effectively. And, this is the key to weight loss. Thus by helping to burn fat, this spice helps in weight loss.

This report suggests eating it raw or as ajwain-water every day if we wish to lose weight quickly. I preferred to have it as ajowan-water.
